We were really slack but because I was booked in to be induced everyone already knew what date it would be.

With DS (our first) mum was at the hospital and called EVERYONE afterwards so we didn't have to bother.

With DD it was just DH and I at the hospital and we rang mum and left it with her lol about the only time I've been happy for her to blab to everyone.

For me I preferred the time with DH and the new bub rather than having to be on the phone.
