Pineapple is perfectly fine and a great option to eat while pregnant (better than all them packets of chips atleast). Yes, its been known to get you into labour but you need to eat atleast 9 whole, fresh pineapples. Im assuming it brings on labour because after that many, your bound to be throwing up out of both ends!
my SIL makes awesome (vegie) handrolls. Last christmas when i was UTD she made all the ingredients and i stuffed myself. I have put in my order for this christmas too!
And i am missing Baileys this time! I am not a big drinker but a baileys on ice just sounds devine right now. I'm going to have a bottle in the fridge to celebrate when bub arrives.
I have been a lot more relaxed about what I eat this time. My only "don'ts" is Wine and real Coffee. I don't eat a lot of cheese and definately do not eat sushi etc but I have had the occasional bit of ham, salami, Maccas sundae and thickshakes, wendys shakes, spicy food, various fruits, dips you name it.
My only reasons for avoiding REAL coffee is the caffeine levels (think its 300mg per day) which is equiv to 1 GOOD cup of coffee. But I do have several cups of tea and have a good quality decaf coffee that I can still brew.
Only reason for Wine, is the fact that its alcohol and I wouldn't like to think my baby is drunk (god knows a sniff is enough to tip me over )
but yeah pretty much everything else I am still eating, even had the occasional fresh egg with runny yolk but it was from my girls that day.
