chocolate mousse made the normal way has raw egg - raw or runny egg is not good for preggo peeps.
caffeine - I think you can have 300mg a day, so the kind of coffee/tea/cola/chocolate you have will dictate how much you can have. Proper espresso coffee has a lot more caffeine in it than instant - but most ice coffee is made with espresso ... you can find tables which go through how much caffeine there is in all sorts of different things. It's worth checking out.
Re decaf, my understanding is that it's a lot better in terms of the amount of caffeine (there is still some, but a very small amount. So if you've been told not to have *any* caffeine, then you should still avoid decafs. If you can have a moderate amount, I'm not sure why you would have been told that decaf is just as bad ... maybe ask them?
Based on the types of coffees I drink and the size and strength I make them, I know that I can have two small real coffees, or three big instant coffees.
Most days I just have one (or no) real coffee, and then have decaf though, to err on the safer side.
I don't really drink cola products or eat chocolate, so I don't need to include them in my calculations
