So here's the thing...
Many mums2be have our babies via the Public Hospital. And that being the case, we most likely will see a different OB each visit. As I am contending with GD and on Insulin to control GD, I ask each time I see a different OB about the likelyhood of being induced early.
What I wonder about, is, would they have told me this?? Because no one has said a word about it to me, until I have asked and I have asked each OB for the last 3 visits. They have basically said that yes I will be induced as it is the way that hospital does things. But because no one has offered me this information without my prompting it, I wonder just how 'well' I am being looked after.
The last OB I met with, was a young guy I have seen once before and he is very nice and easy to talk too and to understand. I asked him the same question and he said yes and that they will talk to me about choosing a date for this at my 36 week appointment (which is next week). I am about 90% expecting them not to say a word to me......which is leaving me feeling very concerned and frustrated.
I want to wait and see if they offer this information to me, or if they will just wait until I am at like my 37/38 week appointment and go "oh hey, by the way...we are going to induce you tomorrow".
Just needed to rant a bit ladies! Thanks if you got this far
