Cherii, are you at Ipswich hospital? I went there, was on insulin for GD and wasn't told I was going to be induced until 32 weeks. You can negotiate with the date - they wanted to induce at 38 weeks but I got it stretched out another week and a half by agreeing to go for monitoring CTG's every second day. In the end I was induced and had to have an insulin/glucose drip during labour because my BSL's went too high. After having a very healthy (and average sized) baby, next time I will not be induced at all.
