Thanks Renee. It just took me a bit by surprise, especially since it brought the m/s back with it. I've always thought of it more as a 3rd tri thing. I also started getting a bit light-headed and a killer headache at the same time, so I think the four symptoms conspired to ambush me at the same time and let me know who's in charge! The scary part is the thought that it may last the whole 6 months that are left! I guess that would give me a lot of time to work out how to best manage it? Goodbye citrus fruits, hello watermelon! The sad part is I just opened a bottle of cranberry juice and that seems to be on all the "do not consume" lists...

Hi girls, just introducing myself here. My signature explains the journey DH and I have travelled, but here I am - again. I wasn't sure whether to join in...I guess don't want to tempt fate. The major difference this time is my postive outlook and visualising - 2 things my acupuncturist and my massage lady recommended.

My FET was on the 12th July, which marked 7 years since DH and I first dated, so I knew it was a special day! I've had 3 BT as I'm paranoid about slow rising hCG (had that before), and the no.s went from 200 14dpt to 480 16dpt to 933 17dpt. Of course the further away I get from the BT the more I worry what's happening. My progesterone dropped from 120 to 50 so they put me back on pessaries for a fortnight - 1 at night. It stablised between BT 2 and 3 prior to re-starting the pessaries.

My scan is booked for Aug 17th....sooooooo far away, and this is where we realised something was wrong last time, but......... this time it's gonna stick :-)
I will get another BT done, just for peace of mind some time this week....... silly? don't know, but I'll never last till 17th!
No morning sickness or tiredness, just a heightened sense of smell which makes me slightly queasy if I smell certain things.

Thanks for reading, and I'll do persies when I'm more au fait with who's who here. xx
