Yogi, I am so glad you're back in here! Thinking of you.
Possums, great news!! So thrilled to hear it!

Renee, just hoping it all starts to progress very very soon!
Jaki, sorry about GD. My mum had it with my youngest brother and he is now the fittest person around, and my mum went back to normal afterwards too. She just needed to maintain her blood sugar levels on an even keel - small meals, and such. Tell us what they advise you, I'm curious.
Leabie, thanks for the info on the Epi-No. It was me who had asked. I've been trying the perineal massage and frankly it has been farcical. I nearly dislocated both shoulders trying to reach this area with the thumbs (!) as instructed. I actually ended up with spasms in my arms. Now I've found a better possie for it (I also don't want DH involved in something so practical and basically uncomfortable). I think I have short arms or something. Anyway, it feels pretty silly.
Airline, the ending of season 4 of Dexter just totally floored me (and my family). There was a lot of outcry from the fans. The writers said they'd written themselves into a corner. I thought it was a brilliant season. I didn't think much of the current one though.
AFM, well, I had another leg cramp last night. I was a bit teary and scared of going back to sleep but sleep just happened, and I lived to see another day! Let's hope I don't get worked up again tonight.
Oh and Dreamrise, I wanted to say that what you've described about your daughter, these feelings of anxiety ... well, for one thing, they don't sound that over-protective or even paranoid to me. I mean, I am a very cautious person though. I wouldn't want my kid in a non-roadworthy car, even with a good driver.
But in any case, those thoughts like "maybe I'm only meant to have one child" and those more irrational fears - well, I think that is so totally understandable in the circumstances. For instance, something similar, everytime I felt annoyed at being sick or say with these cramps, I would think "now you'll lose the baby because you're ungrateful". Not rational. Not helpful. But pretty standard. Still, if you can chat with a helpful person or counsellor, then do it.
