Saph...you are one of three ladies, all one after the other who I breathed a huge sigh of relief for when your baby was out. Phew...what a tough ride you have had. If I had felt just a bit of the pain some of you girls went through, I'd have been a mess. You, Smithy and Greenslw deserve medals. I haven't been so relieved since Briggsysgirl gave birth to the cheeky miss Emerald. Anyway onthe birth of your Xavier, a huge and hearty CONGRATULATIONS and enjoy your second round of mummyhood. I bet there's heaps you've forgotten.

BDT..all the comments have been made, but I thought I'd walked onto a set of Neighbours, you all look so gorgeous. My DH looked gorgeous (to me anyway) but I looked like I gave birth naturally over a 30 hour labour I'm sure of it I don't think i will post those. seriously though, you look like you are going fantastically and I'm so happy for you. Great news on the smooth c-sect. A word of warning, keep on top of your bowel movements...pear juice, pear juice, pear juice and soaked prunes. never underestimate the power of constipation and trapped wind after surgery, I ended up back in hosi. Enjoy it all...I'm so wistful of those memories already. Congratulations on your lovely Sophia and Aria (such pretty names too)

Smithy...oh honey, so sorry that's your reason for not going on facebook. Now I'm even happier I copy the public link for you. Maybe BDT could copy the public link for you and I hope you see them soon.

MURPH... your such a great friend to all of us hun and thanks for thinking of me,about the face book ive tried it once before and my ex family found me and it frightened the crap out of me and i promised my self never to go back on it ,i know you can block people and all that but its all to raw and scary for me still after all these years (6.5 yrs later lol) but this fella is in and out of jail all the time and after him giving me broken ribs smashing my face on a daily basis being held captive putting me to sleep in chocker holds killing my dog in front of me the list just goes on so for me the way you have always posted the links is awsom as i still get to see our beautiful little jazzy thanks hun.
my life is awsom now with my love cooper but i still get scared sometimes and its taken me so long to get over all this.anyways thats my winge for today just thought id let you know my reasons for not likeing to go to F/B

A BIG HELLO TO ALL TODAY

BDT.. hope the little girls are really well today hun and your feelinkg ok too. luv ya lots.

BDT - your girls are just beautiful and I'm so glad you're all doing well. CONGRATULATIONS on a great baking job!

Smithy - to come out of such experiences the caring, beautiful person that you are, well it bought tears to my eyes. Perhaps murph can tell all us FB dummies how to post our links so you can see the pics.

AFM - I've got a couple of much needed days off work so am about to go claim some money back from my health insurance for all my acupuncture and buy myself something nice! We have our 20 week scan on Monday and I'm so excited!!! Monday is exactly 20 weeks and I'm very happy to be nearing that halfway mark.

Big hello to everyone else- I'm not really being slack with the no persies but doing this on my phone as our computer has died again. Definitely tone for a new one.

Have a great Friday ladies xx

Smithy~ I am so,so very sorry that you have had such a terrible past.Unfortunately there has been things like that in my family(my mum was abused for years). My heart goes out to you.You never really recover from being treated that way.You only learn to get better at dealing with the pain but it never goes away.I would be staying away from FB too.I am so very glad that you have your new partner. You seem really happy and i am so happy for you.I have always believed that success is the best revenge. You have it all now.xoxox

AFM,I am madly trying to find the top of my uterus by feeling around.Because my stomach was in 'shocking' shape from DS,and because my stomach muscles remained separated,i am probably feeling everything BUT my uterus. This is keeping me busy until my next appointment in 3 weeks time. I even had lines drawn on my belly so i could get up and measure with a measuring tape. This is all to make sure im growing as i havnt gained any weight.I started at 47kg,dropped to 45kg and am now back to 47kg but nothing more so this might ease my worries about the baby not growing.Do i sound insane yet? LOL
Belly rubs to all.Sorry no personals today.I have lots to do but wanted to have a quick peek in. xx

Smithy - oh my goodness, I'm stunned by your post. How you have managed to get through such a hideous experience is amazing. Thank goodness you have now got so much happiness in your life.

Lise - very jealous to hear about your scan on Monday, I'm counting down the days to mine. DH will actually be in the country for this one which is nice!!! Good luck and I hope you see lots of jumping and swimming about

Out the corner of my eye, I can see the dog stalking a pigeon (Imagine a lion stalking a gazelle, I think she thinks she looks like that). Did I tell you I found her in the kitchen with her mouth round a pigeon the other day. Disengaging flea ridden pooping pigeons from a dog's slavering mouth is not really a good job for a pregnant lady!

And the girls. THE GIRLS. Never in my life have a seen a baby SMILING at only hours old, what exactly is in the water over there in Goldy? You all look AMAZING.

I'm telling ya girl, you have truly raised the bar...

The ladies in my BB thread have been wonderful and totally understanding, but i feel like i am doing their heads in with my stresses and worries, thats the LTer showing i guess. I dont know if any of you are as early as i am in my pg as i know there are lots of births waiting to happen, but i do lerk from time to time to check in on you all.

    Just popping in!

Smithy - what a strong woman you must be....I cannot imagine what you have been through... I am glad you have finally found happiness. I can see just from the photos I have seen, that you and Coops share a strong and loving relationship and I can see what a caring, lovely gentle man he is from his eyes and the way he looks at you in your pics. I know I am basing this only on pics but I am glad you have found such a lovely relationship when you could have sooo easily given up hope because of your experience.

Loula - Welcome! I know what you mean about where you belong on threads. I joined my BB thread for my due date and as much as they were lovely ladies I just felt I belonged here more with ladies who understood the anxiety of a LTTC pregnancy. I would lurk in my BB thread because I was interested in their progress but I never posted. Just felt more at home here...

LM - so let me guess....is your surname Price, Marsh, Rooney or Cole? I know some would disagree with me about the last two but anyway!!!!

    Everyone else belly rubs!

AFM - Got a few minutes free from a hungry bub wanting booby as he is out with his daddy dogwalking. Progress has been made because we are now feeding hourly instead of every flipping minute!!! Still dodgy on the attachment (attaches pretty well on his favourite boob but hopeless on the other!) One nurse at the hospital (when he was getting his thyroid blood test....hell time!!)reckons he might have a slight tongue tie. I am going to the antenatal class graduates show off session today so I will get the midwife to have a look.
Have started co-sleeping ( don't tell anyone LOL!!!) so we are getting tons of sleep at night. I guessed it wasn't worth the stress of putting him in and out of the moses basket throughout the night. We plan to get a bedside cot (using a guard rail on our bed at the moment) and then gradually move him into that and then move the cot away from our bed. I figure he is just not ready to self settle yet. Four weeks ago he was being fed and held 24 hours a day...I don't believe he should be going off that cold turkey. Little by little is ok with me.

I'm delighted to announce that Melbel's special little guy Connor Jack Edward arrived last night at 11.10pm, via the sunroof after her waters broke!

The big fella weighed in at 4.4kg or 9lbs11oz, 51.5 cm long & 35cm HC. In special care to monitor blood sugar levels but otherwise doing fine.

I am so happy for you guys words can't describe! Congratulations and I hope that your recovery is swift Mel.

Can't wait to meet him and have snuggles
Look what I found girls, another blue bundle to add to our ever expanding lists of bubba's.

Congrats Melbel on the arrival of you BIG little boy.
