Is the progesterone pessary one you can put up the rectum instead? I know some you can. Doesn't sound very nice but its less likely to come out so quickly it does absorb better that way also. I am sure one of the girls who have used it personally (I might be able to comment for sure later this year) can clarify this. And also it means you wouldn't have to lie down as long or lie down at all.
