Shh...don't tell my FS but I often cheated and only did about 1/2 an hour (and I only had dogs to walk etc)!

Maybe you could turn it into some sort of game with your DD where it is your special time together reading books or similar. Or you could invest in some DVDs that she really likes and lay on the couch together.
