    Did I do this?

Tasha good that it has stopped. Your mind is very powerful and releases lots of chemicals into your body, please try and not think it's over. I know how hard it is, when I had 2 bright red bleeds with this pregnancy at 12 weeks I went to that place in my mind. My acupuncturist told me to focus on my body, put my warm hands low on my belly and think that my body can do this. Focus on where you know you are the moment. I wish I could give you a hug in IRL. So many of us have been where you are and while many have not worked out... So many have gone on to have happy healthy pregnancies. Please try and think that will be you to this time. xx

I had alot of anxiety in my early pregnancy too. I used visualisation to help me to stay calm. I used to visualise a beautiful rainbow and one by one all the colours of the rainbow would encircle my little baby and wrap him in different colours. For example I would take the pink from the rainbow and mix it with my love to wrap around him, I would take the yellow and mix it with my strength and wrap it around him to keep him safe etc. It was very calming for me to do this. I hope that everything works out for you and you see a lovely little heartbeat in a few days time.

I'm glad it has stopped. I had brown and red bleeding at 5-6 weeks with dd2. No reason, it just happened. Then it stopped. I found it became heavier when I did anything, even just walking. So try to rest up and take things very easy.

Thank you ladies. I had my blood taken this morning and my hcg is 42,000. Which is good, but I am still spotting today ans still have mild cramps consistently. I will have a scan tomorrow, but I don't feel confident just want to crawl into a hole and die.

i had spotting and cramping- brown spotting and them one day red, during week 6, the spotting was on and off for 2 weks. I remember the rollercoaster every time you go to the toilet, its hell. It doesn't always mean the worst though, but its nearly impossible to get through and stay positive at the time.
Please stick little bubba, we are all thinking of you hun xxxx
ps you didn't cause this either

Every time I move the cramps come. They are only mild, but they haven't stopped since I started spotting. I have had some cramping in the last 2 weeks, but it only lasted a few seconds and only happened once or twice a day. I just want to wake up from this nightmare.

Thank you everyone, your words mean so much xx

Tasha I had spotting with DS1, he is now driving me nuts trying to avoid going to bed .

I know it's stressful but you did not do this. Please find a funny movie, curl up with you DH and try not to stress.

Thank you for the support everyone.

I had a scan this morning and she could see a heartbeat. I am 6 weeks along and I have a small haemorrhage in the sac and that's what is causing the bleeding. Still spotting, but i am just taking it easy. Such a frightening ordeal, when does it ever end!?

I don't think it ever ends. Even once they're here in our arms, there's worrying. But it's all so amazingly worth it. Congratulations on a good scan and a HB, yay Rest up!
