    Ladies,
I am having a mental breakdown, yesterday DH got all the court paperwork and in it is a quote for $7500 for the drunk d#ckhead two front teeth that suposedly will need root canal therapy and capping if the pulp of the teeth die WTF!!!!! if DH loses the case OMG! this is just getting worse i broke down and burst into tears at work last night and txt DH and went off HOW COULD YOU GET US INTO THIS SITUATION! i know he didnt mean it and the drunk assulted him first and DH was just protecting himself but it has all backfired.
DH has to apply for hardship to access his super to help pay for the lawyer and help us move house and pay bills.
If he doesnt get it we are f#cked we now cant even afford to pay for a car seat if i were not pregnant i could work more but i just cant risk it with this placenta.

Sorry to rant i am going to have a few days off work and use some sick leave.

Ferrals..we were in a simlar situation...well legal stuff anyways and dr bills etc....boy i know exactly how you must feel right now. Its so hard when you have no control over a situation and things are going pear shape and theres not much you can do about it....wish there was something i could say to make you feel better...you need to just concentrate on you're bub and pray and HOPE things will work out....we ended up going for hardship as well and hubby got it, so hopefully you will too and hopefully the courts will work out that this guy is lying and you're partner was defending him self...hopefully you're lawyer is really good...!!!!!

Worst case senerio maybe you could borrow/rent/buy a second hand car seat and clean it...just until you can afford you're own...

Nah you cant risk the baby...you need to look after yourself and just pray things will work out in the end

ATM...were breaking up today and have a lunch at work...so i will let uno how my scan goes tomorrow..its in the arvo...............im

Kit - It was an epic battle of wills..... soooooo glad I won't be doing that again for a while.

T-hopes - I said the same thing this morning. I'm free!!!! No babysitting rotten kids today!

Ferrals - Awww hun it's been so hard for you lately. I think a few days off are just what you need right now. I hope this whole thing is over quickly and I hope even more that your DH wins the case!

Melster - Best of luck for tomorrow's scan!

AFM - Nothing exciting to report here, enjoying a peaceful day on my own and loving it. I had a hospital appointment this morning and was lucky to actually be seen on time, so then went to try and get my sister's xmas present. Of course the salesman was rude, and ignored me for a good 10 minutes. There was nobody else in the store and I tried to get his attention a couple of times. Then as I turned to walk out of the store he went to greet me and I just said TOO LATE, BUDDY and walked out. LOL, bit of pg rage there, I think. So, I'm still no closer to finishing the shopping.... but whatever. Today is my day and I desperately need to rest and recover after my extreme babysitting challenge.

ATM.......WELL BIG MOUTH certaintly open her big mouth.....YIPEE tho for getting my contract renewed for six months...(been here 10 years) and he said if i wanted to talk about anything...told him what was going on and he was really good...said at the end of my contract he would fight his hardest so they would keep me...guess ill just have to wait and see...so now two bosses know and two work people..so it will be all around the office soon....lets hope that my scan on Thur is ok...if not at least i have two weeks off
YAY for the contract! Thats great news, now a fantastic scan tomorrow and you can have the best xmas ever!

    Might I just add.......................................

    SERENITY NOW!!!!!

I made it. I did it! I did it without losing my sanity.
    Well done!

Holy cow, i can understand your rant to DH, as i am sure he can too. You are being very good about all of this and you are allowed a moment every now and then! Hope that you can access that super, i didnt even know you can do that! Im sure we can come up with a baby sit for you if need be! Calm calm calm ferrals, you and the baby are much too important for this $hit at the moment!

AFM: New car is great, thank you ladies! Its huge and i havent given it a go parking but driving was nice. We have gone from petrol to desel so just had to get my head around all that! Really dont have the brain power at the moment and the kids are so excited that are yelling out about a million things at once. DH can drive for the minute
Car seat is in but i dont think baby is ever going to come. How unfair that my 4th is planning on being the one i cook the longest, when my body is at its worse. But i am glad the baby is happy in there, hopefully putting on some much needed weight.
Oh who asked? Its a Hyundai I-MAX.

Sorry for my rant, just sore and over it today!

My hips are so sore Oh and the car is white, very boring, but DH said its too easy for me to scratch any other colour (and he is right)

Reet: Oh reet deal with it anyway you need! My belly is still small to strangers but my mum now says its the biggest she has seen me in 4 pregnancies... I feel bloody huge but really its not that big. People get a shock when i say im almost 38weeks!

Reet sending you mass's of (((hugs))) I hope time heals alot of your pain loosing your little girl. Its been 18months since we lost Penny in an accident (she was 5yrs old) and I still look at photos with tears in my eyes. Don't worry about others saying your small. It really means nothing. I should send a picture of me through at 24weeks as I am tiny also and definately don't look 5.5months. I'd say at a guess 12weeks lol. Oh well I know I could end up having the biggest baby of the lot despite my tiny tummy.

I'm not around much currently going to H and back with another issue unrelated to pregnancy.

T-Hopes yeah for finishing up work for Christmas.

possum magic CONGRATULATIONS. I'm so pleased for you. I think we first met when we both lost our bubs in 09. Sending you a truck load of sticky vibes and I'll be praying its third time lucky for you. How much clexane are you taking? I hate clexane. Not that I've taken it myself but all our ladies who have had c/s are on clexane and I just cringe at the thought of giving it even after 7yrs. I feel so mean. First one down that has to be the hardest and there only going to get easier.

Tegam so close now. Hope your little one chooses its own birthday in a timely fashion so you don't have to continue to disagree over the whole induction thing.

    Hey ladies,

I feel a lot better today DH and i went out yesterday and looked at hireing a capsule for 6 months and it will only cost $80 and we have laybyed an awesome carseat that is from 6 months to 7 years and the man at the fitting station said we can take as long as we need to pay it off so we will just put $10 a week on it.
As our car is only 2 years old it fits no problem.
DH faxed in the hardship paperwork i am just praying they accept it and we can have a little bit of solice until march.
And i am so thankful that i did the kids xmass presents before DH lost his job.
So lets hope things go up from here.

Reet-I feel your pain i would be heartbroken if i lost one of my fur babies.
I have been having heaps of really strong BH i just try and change position and get comfortable until they settle.
And little miss has still been moving a lot i am a little concerned that my belly hasnt grown much i am hopeing she is growing ok in there i am really uncomfortable so maybe she is just really low and hiding like everyone keeps telling me
By the way i love the bubs pic in your ticker covering its eyes so sweet.

Possum magic-i have been stalking the other threads and saw you post when you got your BFP it is great news and i look forward to following your journey.

Tegam-ooooh so close now and here we thought you would go early.
I am very small also i am 26 weeks and people keep commenting on how tiny i am i still fit into all my normal clothes just cant do up the zippers my work shirt still fits and when i tell people how far i am they all remark on my size.
But i am bigger with this bub then the others although still small and i am heavier with this bub to at 26 weeks with my 3 boys i was around 64kgs and 70kgs when they were born and this bub i have hit the 67kgs already and still have until 37-38 weeks so 11-12 weeks left.

Dory-Hannah is so cute i cant believe its been 3 months already how time flys.

Anyway i have to go have breakfast i am starving.

Dory- Gorgeous pic of little Hannah!
We chose to get Nala girl cremated because she died at the vet.. i didnt want either of us going thru the pain of having to pick her up to bring her home to bury, she wldnt have looked the same as we remembered, i also didnt want our other girl heidi to have to see her We are going to make a vege patch and eventually sprinkle her ashes thru it.. she loved veges!! She would eat anything! Watermelon, carrot, potato peels, whole bananas.. she was a little pig!

Mildez- oh gosh 5 yrs down the track and u still get teary over ur penny.. last week i was able to look at her pics.. they would make me cry but i felt like i wanted to look at her.. i was all ready to go and get pics of us with her developed and framed.. thank goodness i didnt rush straight out and do it tho because this week theres no way i can look at her, it gives me a sick feeling to my stomach if i get a glance of her. Grief is such a hard thing to deal with.
I hope whatever problem u have isnt too bad and u can get it sorted soon, glad its not pregnancy related tho.
Oh and post a pic of ur little tummy!!!

Ferrals- Im so glad that things are looking up for u. Thats great that u can get a carseat from 6 mths to 7 yrs.. im definitely going to look into one of those!
Thank goodness im not the only one getting BH's all the time.. i was ready to ring my midwife today and tell her that im sure its not normal.. even tho i know theres nothing that can be done!

Tegam- Why are they pushing so much for u to be induced if baby is happy and healthy where it is??? Because of the low fluid??
I hope u can get thru today! Do u feel as tho baby might come at anytime?? Is ur body sending any signals??

AFM- Beautiful rainy overcaste day today.. i love this weather!! Theres a small chance of a cyclone developing on christmas day.. i like a bit of excitement.. as long as its not too much!!

Tegam - Yay for the new car! Can't believe you're almost 38 weeks already.......... your baby isn't far away now!

T-Hopes - hehehe, I don't know which is worse..... working in my old position where xmas time means customers go MENTAL and the phones go crazy right up until closing time on xmas eve.... or if I'd rather be bored out of my mind. Tough choice! So glad you made it though, I was worried your 'nap' might have stretched into a sleepover... haha.

Kellie - Aww that is so sad that people would leave their old relatives at the hospital for xmas........ how horrible! My Gran was in a nursing home for the last few years and we used to have them 'deliver' her to the party in a big maxi taxi thing with a wheelchair lift. She loved it and would sit at the head of the table with her little paper crown on... lol.

Possum - CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!! How's that for a christmas present?! It's so great to see you in here. Good to hear you're excited and feeling positive, and well done on giving yourself the needle. I personally hate needles so I feel your pain! Feel free to babble all you want, hun....... this is exciting stuff!! Have you told your DH yet? Or are you going to surprise him on xmas day with your peed on stick? LOL, romantic.

Reet - Definitely being pg would amplify your grief, i don't doubt that for a second. When I'd just gotten my BFP and my Grandma died, we were at the nursing home clearing out some of her stuff and I just burst into tears. And I am generally not a cryer. Not in public anyway lol. Lucky for me my aunty and mum joined me and we all had a big cry together. If blocking it out for now helps you cope, then do it. I just want you to have a nice xmas and new year and to feel better. Hooray for busting out the maternity pants (that is sooooo something I would say by the way 'busted out' lol) and don't worry about the BH. Ikwym about being too big or too small.. I'm getting the 'OMG YOU'RE HUGE' comments. I thought it would bother me more than it does but I really don't care. I love my big belly and the way people look at it. This is such a special time and I know I'll look back on these 9 months for the rest of my life as some of the happiest. To answer your question, the BT's were for my glucose tolerance test. (to see if I have gestational diabetes). I imagine that test is standard so you'll probably have to have it as well. And don't you worry, I told my friend what a nightmare her eldest was being when she came to pick them up. She was soooo cranky with him. She felt really bad but I told her not to worry, that it was nothing I couldn't handle and that it was mostly just irritating. I was surprised to hear there was no punishment though... he just got yelled at. No wonder he was such a ratbag, he gets away with it all the time! Anyway, she's my bestie so I would still do it for her again, I'll just have a MUCH firmer hand with them next time. How she raises her kids is her business, and I'd do anything to help her out.

Dory - Lovely to hear from you again! I was actually thinking to myself 'is this guy ignoring me because I'm pg?' then told myself I was being silly. I seem to get that a lot lately, especially in clothing stores. Nobody greets me etc, it's like they're saying 'just leave we don't have anything in your size'. Meanwhile they DO, I just have to dig for it. Hmmm I wonder why it is that people are so ignorant of us mummies? Hooray for the guy at bunnings.... that's awesome. I find bunnings staff are generally really helpful. I should shop there more, lol. I'm loving the new pic of Hannah Bear, she looks so inquisitive! GORGEOUS. Mwah and Merry Xmas

    Mildez - I hope you're doing okay.

Ferrals - So glad you're feeling better hun, FX the paperwork goes through no problems and your money issue will be sorted for now.

AFM - I'm spent from all that catching up... you girls have been busy busy busy! I'm supposed to be writing a shopping list for the rest of the stuff I need for xmas and I've only got chicken wings and bbq sauce on it. COME ON, FOCUS! lol. We picked up bubby's carseat last night and are getting it put in the car asap. It's a convertible one and starts out as a rear facing capsule, then turns into a regular seat. Can be used up to 18kg so that should last a fair while! Yay How exciting! It's all happening so fast, before I know it I'll be getting my labour bag ready. Actually I'd like to have it ready by 33 weeks just to be on the safe side. Call me paranoid, lol. Well, just in case I get too busy to pop back in here before the big day, Merry Christmas to all my lovely ladies and your families. And of course belly rubs!! XOXOXOXO

Ok, going to try some persies (have been meaning to do it for days but every night when DD is asleep and I mean to do it i have fallen asleep on lounge room floor!) THanks so much everyone for the welcome!

Reet: So sorry to hear about your puppy girl. Hope you are feeling a little better each day.
Dory: So lovely to see the beautiful picture of Hannah in your ticker. I have been following your journey for a while. I'm going ok with injections. I have a gene for thrombophilia (only one not two copies but because of my history of bleeding in pg my OB thought i seemed to be 'expressing' this gene and that clexane was worth a try). I don't have a blog though: maybe that is 'Possums' (not me, possum magic?).
Tegan: I've been following this thread a bit since i left it. Can't believe you are nearly full term!
Mildez: yes, we met after losses at about the same time. Great to see you are over halfway through your pg.
Ferrals: Sorry to see things have been so tough for you lately. Glad that you had a little 'cheer' with buying the car seat.
Forshelby: Yay on your car seat too! You sound very organised! My DH knew I was going to POAS so i didn't have to try and keep my news to myself for more than...8 minutes! But that's it. Apart from you ladies (and my Dr) no one knows. I don't want to tell until i know there is something to tell. Not even immediate family until I know there's a HB (FX).
Melster: what a relief for you that your scan went well. Hope the next two weeks till the next one flies past.
Stoked: Hurrah for a good scan and measuring spot on!
Kellbell: glad your little man is tap dancing! Sympathise with you on the cold. I got one from my DD. She only had a little bit of a runny nose and I was dripping and coughing for 10 days! No fair!
Angelfish: Getting so close now. I remember you from early on in your journey. Nice to join you again.
Damprye: Another escapee from TTC thread. Yay!

AFM: I've done one week of clexane injections. That's one down, 31.5 to go. Yay! Time is dragging of course: I'm hanging out for my OB visit next week when I get to see if there is a HB. Scared of not seeing one. It doesn't help that my symptoms have been pretty mild. I had lots of cramping for about 2 weeks but it's milder and less frequent now. Pretty tired and the odd bb twinge but that's about it. I know it has nothing to do with how viable baby is but it feels better when you feel more pg i think.

Forshelby~ i know 34 weeks is so close. But the closer i get the more my bf complains more and more about what i need to do around the apartment becouse how am i am gong to do it once the baby is born. And when his kids are here i am the one that needs to clean up after them cook etc. but that is the last trip that i am making up there again its to much and forget taking a newborn with me.
And i am thinking of the rest of you and thankyou all for being so honest and helpful though this journey that i never thought that i would come true
