What a great idea seeking an independant midwife. Does this cost much? Misty I am so glad you overcame your fear after your first experience, it certainly does make you very scared for the second time around. You have given me hope that's for sure. I would love to go again naturally but was really worried about the prolapse. I have actually been doing lots and lots of pelvic floor exercises in the last month and I can already see an improvement so I'm sure if I keep this up after I give birth it will hopefully improve again. Even though my first birth experience was terrible I still had that wonderful feeling of OMG I did it and you just feel so happy with yourself. I think if I decided to go c-section I would always have that feeling of regret.
