Don't be scared of epidurals, or other birthing options for that matter.
They all have their positives and negatives. If it is suggested that c-sections are more prevalent in those who opt for epidural analgesia then so be it.... I did have a c-section, but I healed very well, I had no other complications and a few steri strips that remained on my wound for two weeks.
Walked out of hospital as good as gold.
That's about it, and although I wish I could have had a natural birth the natural way it wasn't the worst thing that could happen. So....good luck, good luck, good luck!
