i too am absolutely pooing my pants in fear
i'm a terrible patient, i faint when i have medical procedures done to me, and have panic attacks, so the thought of labour or a CS alone make my palms sweat!

how do i do one of these hypnobirth courses? is it through the hospital where you deliver? it sounds like something i would really benefit from...
