Hi,
I would mention it to your doctor, just to put your mind at rest. Just make a note of what you are doing ect when it happens to you.

Hi Everyone
Just wondering whether anyone is getting the same symptoms as me at the moment! I am 26 weeks pregnant (today!) and even just to walk up the back steps (which is about 8 steps mind you) makes me really puffed out!!
I am also getting a little tired too - I am finding it hard to sleep through the night nowI get up a bit to pee (maybe 3 times per night) and freak out when I wake up on my back, lol...would love a king size bed heehee.
Yesterday I got a bit shaky too which worried me...I used to get that when I would drink too much coffee before I was pregnant (now I just have decaf) but I still drink 1 cup a day...would that have any effect do you think? I am wondering whether coffee is still pretty bad when you are pregnant?
Anyway...apart from those minor things..I'm feeling okay and can't wait to meet my little girl due on New Years Eve!
Love Bindy xxxx

Hey hun,
Sometimes i get a little puffed too... i find when i'm walking up stairs... but we have 20 steps to get up to our place !and when i'm eating sometimes... i tend to guzzle my food..i know bad!
I get 3-4 times a night again to pee now... so i'm guessing my little girl is starting to put a bit of pressure on my bladder now!
As far as caffeine goes, my OB said that you can have a couple coffees a day if they are instant.. i generally have a tea or a coke/pepsi a day! and have decaf if i want more.... maybe your blood sugar was low... it happens to be sometimes too..! Have you been eating well?
You've also forgotten to mention that you are doing all this work renovating the house!!!! You need to take it easy and remember your body/strength aren't the same as they used to be!!

I pant like I've sprinted 100m against Carl Lewis after walking up a flight of stairs - I don't get puffed during the actual activity, it's only afterward that I sound like a dog on a hot day.
I've always loved my walks, but the place is used to walk is uphill on the way back. The silly thing is, its only a very slight incline, but oh my gosh i'm stuffed!
I also find i wake up really sweaty, i think its the bad dreams i've been having, but it's a really new thing for me!
