Hi, I also don't think it's a good idea to do any weight loss during pregnancy but I know it can get scary when you have to eat all the time but it may not be like that for you all the time. When I finally got over morning sickness (around week 13), I had to eat at least every hour to keep from feeling sick. Around 19 weeks that started to slow down considerably and now at 20 weeks, I can eat every 4 or 5 hours which is where I was pre-pregnancy.

Another quick tip: clothes that fit you properly look the best no matter what size you are. I have a belly and my husband always gets excited thinking I've grown when I wear a baggy shirt. Other people make comments too about how far I'm coming along. When I wear a form-fitting top, I get comments like "You're not showing much yet."
