Thanks heaps i really appreciate the help It took a while for anyone to reply and i assumed that no one else had spd! I know this sounds bad as i dont wish this on you guys cos it hurts, but im glad theres someone out there who has it too, It makes it easier for me to cope knowing that you guys are battling with it too.
