First of all lots of hugs to you.
I was told by the genetic counsellor last week not all markers on the heart means the baby is going to be born with down syndrome. Some babies can be born with problems with the heart and be healthy in all over ways. I'd say try not to worry but i know you will as it's easy for me to say don't worry.
Talk again to your OB and see what to do next maybe more scans will help and also like you said they might do a amnio. Not sure what stage they can keep doing them up until.
