I'm facing yet another night of no sleep until at least 5am by the looks of things and I was hoping someone could suggest some tricks to help sleep.
I'm really uncomfortable because my pelvic bones are hurting lots and I have to get up a lot to go to the bathroom but the biggest problem I think is switching off my brain. I keep thinking about the labour and everything else and I just can't relax. I can't sleep during the day and running on 2hours sleep is getting me no where.
