Ok well i too get leg cramps ( well used to anyway) i did some research and they suggested bananas green leafy vegies and almonds!! I always eat lots of green leafy veg and so now i have a banana a day and i eat a good handful of almonds a day too! This does work a treat!
Funny really because i have had cramps with all my pregnancys except my last one, funnily enough i was addicted to almonds right through his pregnancy!! So if you can't eat bananas try the almonds. I just buy them in woolies in the health food isle. Good luck
