Hi All,
Hope everyone had a great holiday!!!
I am currently 27 weeks and 6 days pregnant. I tend to lift heavy things such as when i go shopping, bowling balls etc.
Just wondering what effects it has on the baby and does it cause baby any harm and what is a reasonable weight we can lift?

- I'd say don't try to be tough, be very sensible. Keep a check on yourself, and if it's something that requires your tummy muscles, perhaps give it a miss. I've learned to lift my toddler using my arms and legs, but to be honest, even they don't support me like they used to.
