Wuss!!!!! I made DH get his blood group done (not that they needed the evidence in the end - they *chose* to believe me ) Considering pregnancy, labour and birth it was the least he could do
I am O neg and my husband is a Neg blood type also so I wasn't given Anti D. However, I am a weak Rhesus and was typed as a positive when I donated blood. I was typed several times throughout the pregnancy because of this and was always O neg. Anyway, I got an O positive baby!! Weird, should really have had the Anti D as it can happen!
The issue is if you are negative. If your DH (and father of the baby) is definitely negative and the baby is positive then you would be positive and anti-D isn't needed. In your specific case you need to seek clarification on what this blood typing means for you if you truly have variations between positive and negative (not something I am familiar with )
