Teary before labour starts????

Just wondering whether how i have been feeling all weekend might be the start of labour. I have been emotional and teary and have had lower back pain all weekend.
On friday I went into hospital to get checked out as I had had regular contractions from midday until 8pm which were getting closer together and more painful. I wasn't dilating so I came home. I think I am officially OVER IT!!!

Sue - I hope it is the start for you... I don't remember being teary, but my mum said I sounded really flat on the phone the night before I went into labour. She kept asking me if I was alright, even though I thought I was fine. Good luck!

Thanks Dee, I am feeling soooo much better today. I can't remember feeling this hormonal with my last two pregnancies but then I hadn't had contractions every other day since 32 weeks. I guess I am in the final stretch (excuse the pun) and I will have a gorgeous little bundle at the end of it. I just lost sight of that yeasterday and had a feeling sorry for myself day!!
