I hope you're feeling a bit better. I'm the same, have had agonising hip pain since about 24 wks and have finally found a solution for me. I sleep on a slight angle (lying flat is agony) with pillows starting from under my bum/hips, one under my lower back and a comfy stack up to my shoulders. Also use a heat pack at night. I also went to a chiropractor last week and had a hip adjustment and she said everything was way way out of whack. Since doing the above its made a huge difference and been getting a much better nights sleep. Hope some or any of this works for you hun xoxo
