You poor thing! I'm only 18 weeks so far, but i have developed almost insomnia during the night and i usually can't get comfy either, so the other night my DP lovingly piled up all our pillows so i would be kind of sitting up in bed i tell you what, i got a good solid sleep for at least 5 hours, woke up for the loo, and then back to sleep for another 4 hours - it was really good! Lying down is so uncomfortable to sleep now...
I reckon you should try camping out on your lounge for a night, see how it goes! Try the sitting up and it could just be that a change in routine of where you sleep does the trick (i know that sounds weird, but sometimes sleeping out of my bed does wonders!)
