I am unsure if I am overdoing it or just being a sook. What kind of things did you still do around 32 weeks pregnant?

We have been understaffed and stupid busy lately at work. I am still only doing around 6 hour shifts, but lately I have been really sore after about 4 hours. I feel great in the morning, but then my legs ache and my belly starts to have all these weird pains. I had sharp pains today from belly button to right down low.
And yesterday I had to go to Kmart after work for a few things, grabbed a trolley and after about 30 minutes of gathering things I could barely walk. I was hunched over my trolley and walking so slow. I was already tired and a bit sore when I left work, but I had to get some things. It didn't help my closest store is in a major shopping centre. I needed to pee on the way out, but there weren't any close toilets and I just didn't have the energy and was too sore to keep walking and look or some. So I just got in the car and by the time I got home I was almost in tears. I can't do anything any more. No walking lots, no lifting, no bending over, can't even do grocery shopping cos I need help carrying all the bags in

Does this sound like the life of 32 weeks pregnant? Is it really this constricting? Am I overdoing it?
Sounds rough. I try to stay active my entire pregnancy because it seems to keep me from getting overly sore or swollen. But in your case with you still working and everything I would highly recommend getting good compression stockings and wearing good walking shoes. When I'm cleaning my house, running errands and picking up after my kids my legs get very sore, but if I wear my good walking shoes my legs last much longer and they don't become unbearable. Another thing that gets me through a tough day is finding 10 minutes to either put my feet up (elevated) or even take a power nap. I mean I'll go to my car and take one if I have to. It seems to give me enough to finish my day.

I still did 40 min of pretty high paced exercise 5 days a week, walked 12 blocks pushing the stroller to my kids swimming lessons, ran my household, etc. You're not overdoing it, necessarily.
But you might need a little help! Get some compression stockings, maybe, and a belly/back support. It will make a BIG difference.

I gave up work at 29 weeks pregnant, working 5 days a week, 6 hr shifts, but on my feet the entire 6 hrs,(Pharmacy assistant, if I was lucky my supervisor would get me a chair for my hour on the tills) I also didnt drive so it was an hour trip to work and another hour back (1 bus and a train, then 15 min walk) I would come home and just cry from sheer exhaustion. (I also suffered from HG, used all my sick and annual leave up in the first 9 weeks of pregnancy, which continued up until 32 weeks, then kicked in again at 39 weeks)

First pregnancy I had stopped working by then, but still walked or cycled everywhere, as we didn't have a car. Had no issues, really. I just tried to be sensible about it and rest when I needed to.

Second was a bit harder. By 32 weeks I wasn't cycling anymore, but did spend a lot of time chasing after my toddler. Have recollections of crying at Bunnings because it was so much walking with a massive belly and toddler who wanted to be carried. I wasn't as fit, and I think that impacted a lot.
