I'm finding it hard to sleep as well ... and when DP is home, his snoring just exacerbates the problem - I can usually ignore it, but the last couple of months, well, I'm surprised he doesn't wake up black and blue from all the kicks and punches he gets through the night!!

Like many of you, I wake up heaps to go to the loo, and then it's hard to get back to sleep. My doc suggested panadeine, but that doesn't consistently work - I think my body ges too used to it!! Lately, bubs moving and some severe bh's have been keeping me awake.

I tend to just turn on the telly and try to put something boring on so that I fall back to sleep, but it doesn't always work! I just end up watching TV all night!!

It's hard only getting a couple of hours sleep a night, especially having to look after three other kids during the day (two of which are at home most of the time, my eldest catches the bus to school and home again!)

From experience though, waking up to a newborn a couple of times a night isn't nearly as bad as the aches and pains and discomfort of pregnancy sleeplessness!!! So there is hope!!
