How are you normally with pseudo-ephedrine? It does raise your heart rate a fair bit so if your blood pressure is on the high side already I'd avoid it. I'm one of those unfortunates who despite the racing heart actually feels really drowsy on the stuff - I can't hack it at any time. OK got some garlicy honey lemon concoction brewing right now....off to imbibe!
