Hi Ellee
Sounds like you're having a pretty rough time of it - you poor thing.
Pretty sure that pseudoefedrine (can't spell either) is one of the major ingredients in Cold & Flu medicines. Its always good to hear when several people say that its okay to take something.
You might get your doc to check what category medicine it is. From what I understand they grade them A B C etc regarding safely. A means millions have taken with no side effects so perfectly safe. B means not millions but lots of people have taken with no side effects so most docs happy to prescribe and so on down. Again from what I'm being told not keen to prescribe C but will do so if really necessary and anything else won't prescribe.
Now it may be an old wives tale but I was pretty sure that when you start getting nose bleeds during a cold it means that you've broken the back of it and you should start to get better![]()
