i'm 57 now so definitely NOT pregnant. but i didn't have my 2 girls until i was age 35 & 36,, with fertility specialists & major surgery to get preg with the first one,, so i can truly relate to all the women/couples going thru the same. then my 2nd one came along without the blink of an eye & totally unexpected!! (they're 17 months apart).

so at my age at the time,, i was in tune to trying to protect things from sticky fingers/spills & it carried over,, so i wanted to protect my new sofa with a nice "fitted" cover. (next on my agenda is a fitted cover for my computer chair since the velour sofa cover seemed to come out well. i LOVE washables!! ).

this site was the only place i'd found where someone must have figured out a better way to utilize the already "fitted" corners of a sheet & i was hoping she would post her solution,, as i do sometimes use a regular fitted sheet when the velour cover is being washed. (*no kids at home now,, but i still keep my tv remote covered in plastic to avoid any messy spills on it. ).
