My self and friends get ours by co-oping direct from the Banaban group, so we pay $14l i think for the Organic cold pressed/awesome stuff. I use it for lots of things, baking and cooking, the kids love it off the spoon, I confess i don't like coconut too much so i am building up a tolerance I also use grapeseed and olive oil for cooking depending on what i an making.
