Curried Eggs

How do you make it. You know where you boil the eggs take out the yolk mash it up with stuff and put it back into the white.

I don't want an overly powerful receipe. ie with heaps and heaps of curry

I make them by boiling, adding mayonaisse to taste then a bit of curry to taste! Sorry vague recipe but I never measure it, and I dont separate it - just mash it all together and add salt and pepper!

Lotsa mayo is the key to yummy curried eggs!! I love curry so use about a tablespoon per 2 eggs!

Devilled eggs usually uses mayo, sugar & mustard powder, not curry.

I use the same as Tan.... mayo and curry powder to taste! YUMMO!
