    breadcrumbs are the best idea... we dont eat crusts here either

    or we freeze them and when we have a few, we go down and feed the ducks!

    i often throw some herbs in the processor when processing them or some parmasen, them freeze in portions

    I've done croutons for soups etc with them as well - but usually they feed the birds or become breadcrumbs

    I?m with you Sangie,thick slices of cheese on toast is the best,you let it melt all over the sides,the kids and i just love.

    I eat mine toasted with heaps of butter and Honey... YUMMO!!!!
