I lurve breakfasts. We have a continental breakfast each morning which i am home.

i buy my eggs direct from the farm. I get an 850gm tray of eggs which is 30 eggs for $8.00. And these eggs are HUGE.

I'll do anything for pancakes and hash browns in the morning.

rouge the blog is awesome, i've been looking for something like this for a while now! Also considering doing something like once a month (once a fortnight for us because of tinnny freezer) cooking, which will kind of fit into this as well. Thanks

Thanks so much for recommending that blog; I just had a quick glance over it when I was favouriting it and Ive already written down a few recipes lol

We do bacon and egg wraps here (fried eggs though, because Im naughty and poaching an egg is well beyond my cooking skill haha) and I might be biased but my choc chip pancakes are way better than Maccas hotcakes.

If Im feeling really naughy I make funnel cakes.

We do the same here.... when we're feeling up to it. We also make Sausage & Egg muffins using store bought sausages. We just squeeze the filling out of the sausages, add whatever we like herb & spice wise and cook it in the frying pan then when it's cooked, add it to the muffin with the egg and some cheese. Yummo!

I have an amazing recipe for breakfast sausage using pork mince which is really cheap. You mix it all up with herbs then roll it between some cling film and then put in a large ziplock back. Then when you want breakfast sausage you cut off a slice and then fry it up
