Exclamation Need help quickly - Rissoles!

I have just bought some rissoles which say on them "Grilling and Frying" I want to grill them - can I do them on a George Forman Grill? How do I know when they're ready, they're really thick. Would it be better to fry them? And then should it be medium heat???

Help me please, I am useless in the kitchen and would like Guy to come home just once and not have to take over!

It may be too late but you can use the grill I would personally just keep an eye on it and then when you think its going well choose one of your rissoles to check the middle.

    Or fry them

I know that this was posted a while ago, but thought I would respond anyway (maybe for future reference Rachel!). I always cook rissoles on my George foreman, they cook easily and quicker because you are cooking both sides at once, and even though extra fat drain away they don't go dry. I just turn them around in the grill so that they don't burn in one spot. Yum..now I feel like rissoles!
