Some form of Thai chicken salad that I haven't written the recipe for yet (). Will include grilled chicken breast, possibly marinated in a bit of chilli, olive oil ginger and lime, cut into strips. Salad MUST have those yummy crunchy noodles (cos I feel like them ), corriander, and possibly some orange segments. Hmmm like I said, pretty much everything I cook I write my own recipe for, but haven't done this before so I needto get cracking before I go to the shops

ZF I make this yummy casserole with chops, my mum used to make it when we were kids and it was always our favourite. It's going to sound weird but my kids and DH love it. I put a can of tomato soup over them with some onion chuck it in the oven or slow cooker or the electric frypan if i don't have time. We have it with mashed potato and veg. I also do it with meatballs.

Tinks they are easy peasy! Google some, it's usually Chicken Maryland (funnily) browned, with onion & garlic, whatever veg you want, a white sauce made with stock/wine/cider and flour. And then some seeded mustard and a bay leaf and some seasoning. Yummo! We also do it with cut chicken thigh and make it into a pie.
