DH has had ours in the slow cooker since this morning, it's beautiful. It is also really good the next day if you have any left over. He just adds the fennel 45mins before we are ready to eat..that would be me now
We're getting take-away Indian tonight! YUM! I've got a couple of girlfriends coming over and its the perfect weather for an easy tummy-warming feast. I can't wait. I wanna order it now!
Roast pork loin (with crackling of course), potato gratin, steamed asparagus and homemade spiced apple sauce. We never eat pork but it was the nicest looking bit of meat I have ever seen at the butcher so couldn't not buy it LOL Fingers crossed I don't stuff it up!
