Oh thanks Tanya!I was thinking about starting a thread on this yesterday after going to the physio for post natal pelvic pain. My pelvic floor is working extra hours to get my pelvis stable as it's so loose, not to mention my bladder has dropped slightly so I need to get everything strong again. My hips are strapped to minimise movement as well.
This is 10 weeks after the birth as well so ladies very important to keep doing your pelvic floor!
I have set up reminder alarms in my phone to do them every couple of hours and I am doing them when feeding as well.

Very important ladies....I was teaching a pilates class this morning with pregnant ladies and giving their PFs a good workout!

I can remember as a teenager babysitting for a lady that had signs all over the house saying "Remember the pelvic floor". I didn't know what it meant until years later!!!
