    Tony Ferguson

Just want to hear everyone's stories on using Tony Ferguson.

I don't really like the idea of meal replacement shakes etc... but i have the whole set up with supplements, fibre, cookbook, and meal replacements for free so i will be giving it a go, and i guess i just want to hear some stories, good and bad

I did it for a little one - lost about 5kgs. I really don't think its a good long term weight loss solution but a good kick start. The best thing I found about it was the convenience - so many of the better, healthier diets are great but they're really time consuming, especially if you have to make something for you and something for the rest of the family, so the shakes were great.

i think i just need that kick start, that boost to get back into it than i will be right (i hope). I want to loose 10kgs, anymore is an awesome bonus
    are the shakes nice tasting?

I didn't like most of them TBH (especially not the more supposedly fruit tasting ones) so ended up sticking with the mocha, espresso, cafe latte (are you picking a theme yet???) and got a few chocolate ones so I felt like I was having a bit of a treat.

I think they're a great start - if nothing else they tend to get you into a better mind set of eating without all the refined stuff, sugars etc. I hope they work well for you.

Hahahaha i was tossing up going for that theme too, but though coffee is one of my "naughty" habits so am trying to cut back on that too LOL
I hate the thought of having the shake on water.... yucky! would be better on milk

Thanks Lulu i hope it works too

I've been given the opportunity through a survey site to try out TF for free for 3 weeks, so I'm going to give it a go and see what happens.

I went on it for about 2 months, lost 13kgs and fell pregnant! w00t

I enjoyed the convenience and the fact that, being a non breakfast eater, I could just shake and drink and that was breakfast done and dusted!

If I could afford to do it again, I would

I agree with PP's that meal replacement shakes are a good kick start but not suitable for long term weight loss. I was not a big fan of the TF, TBH. They were a bit grainy when dissolved. I have just started having a shake for breakfast and have found that The Biggest Loser shakes taste the best and dissolve the best - not much help if you get TF for free!

I am currently on the shakes and I just love them! Most of the flavours are good (to me) and I'm not hungry. At nights we are having light n easy frozen meals and I'm quite content.

    Good Luck

wow Nikky for 2months and 13kgs lost! that is awesome well done, and what great control you have to stick with it for that long!

Nickle - yeh i wouldn't be doing it long term LOL think im going to struggle for the 3 weeks that it is for, however if i can handle the shake thing, i might try the Biggest Loser ones after TF

Kimmi - so they make you feel full? i always wondered if they really did that or it was just a head thing, and i have asked DH if i can do lite and easy, so i was thinking of starting that after my 3wks Phase 1 of TF, is it expensive? thanks for the luck
