Pfft at the pain. I had both mine down took them out and they healed over so I have scar tissue and then had them redone a few years later.

My belly button and eyebrow hurt more than my nipples, DH agrees his belly was worse than nipple.
Noooo! I want that adrenaline rush you get with the pain LOL, if the belly hurts more then I'm not going to get it WAH!

Bar v ring, depends what you like. I prefer bars, looks nicer IMO.
