Lucky I have just started using my exercise bike again LOL. I couldn't believe that I couldn't eat a whole one, then I read it again and it says 1 mug serves 2! DP eats all of his plus half of mine. The amount of oil makes me feel sick and the 4tbsp of sugar, I just try not to think about it
