    Question Perfect looking truffles?

I've been making a selection of truffles, and some of them I needed to coat in chocolate. My question is, how do i coat them and have them looking smooth and perfect? Mine never turn out like the picture in the recipe

Use a toothpick to dip it in, and you'll find that the little hole will be covered with chocolate. Make sure you lay them on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and they should come out perfectly. They you can pipe an alternate chocolate if you like.
