1 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup plain flour
1/2 cup sr flour
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup coconut
1/2tsp bicarb soda
2 tbsp boiling water
2 tbsp butter - melted
2 tbsp golden syrup
Pre-heat oven to 160C
Mix all dry ingredients (first 5 on list). Add bicarb soda to water. Combine all remaining ingredients with dry ingredients.
Place heaped teaspoonfuls of mixture onto greased tray. (I use baking paper instead.)
Bake for 15 mins (or a bit longer if you prefer them crunchier).
