Will do... I think it's choc and pecan fruit mix, but she uses wall nuts and a fruit mix instead. It is heaven. Oh, and sprinkled with coconut shavings....

I'm gonna have to make her make me some now XD

    I've got 2:

    Chocolate Sultana Cornflake Slice:

    Ingredients:
    150g Butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 cup crushed cornflakes
    1 cup sultanas
    1 cup flour
    1 tbsp cocoa
    1 tsp baking powder
    for the icing:
    1 1/2 cups icing sugar
    2 tbsp cocoa
    1 tbsp butter
    3 tbsp hot water

Melt butter in saucepan large enough to mix all the ingredients. Remove from heat. Mix in sugar, cornflakes and sultanas. Sift in flour, cocoa and baking powder. Mix to combine. Press mixture in a 18 x 28cm shallow tin with baking paper lined base. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes or until cooked. Cool in the tin and ice with chocolate icing (sift icing sugar and cocoa together. Mix butter and hot water together until butter melts. Mix into icing sugar to form a smooth, spreadable icing. Add more hot water if necessary.).

Triple Chocolate Crunch Bars (to DIE for! From the Fairtrade cookbook - so if you're likeminded, use fairtrade chocolate!).

    250g softened butter
    200g caster sugar
    3 medium eggs, beaten
    200g self-raising flour
    50 g cocoa powder
    50g dark chocolate, chopped
    50g milk chocolate, chopped
    50g white chocolate, chopped

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease a baking tin with butter and line with a strip of greaseproof paper.

Cream the butter and sugar in a bowl using an electric beater until smooth and creamy. Add the beaten eggs a little at a time, beating continuously. Fold in the flour, cocoa powder and all the chocolate and spread into prepared tin.

Bake for 20-25 mins until the sides have set and the centre is still a little sticky. Remove, cover with foil and allow to cool before cutting into squares.

    125g butter
    1 cup self raising flour
    2 tablespoons of cocoa
    1/2 caster sugar
    1 cup coconut
    1/2 cup fruit mix
1/4 cup of chopped pecan nuts (my mum uses wallnuts tho, never had it with pecan)

    choc icing
    1/12 cups of icing sugar
    1/4 cup cocoa
    2 teaspoons melted butter
    2 tablespoons milk, aprox
    2 tablespoons of coco

    destructions
grease a 19cmx29cm laminton pan, line base and sides with paper; grease paper (or just use baking paper)
melt butter in saucepan, stir in sifted flour and cocoa, sugar and coconut, fruit and pecans (or wallnuts). Press into prepared pan FIRMLY and bake in moderate oven for about 20 minutes (doesn't say how hot... go 180 degrees... that's pretty much the standard aye?)
Spread with icing while hot, sprinkle with coconut. Allow to cool in pan before slicing - mum always puts it in the fridge.

    Choc Icing destructions.
Sift icing sugar and cocoa into bowl, stir in butter and enough milk to make a stiff paste.

keeps for 3 days - but i've eaten it after 5 and it's still good LOL.
