I hope someone can answer but I just read about DELAYED OVULATION
Very poorly understood and worse documented is the observation that delayed ovulation beyond cycle day 16, seems to be associated with poor retention of the early pregnancy. It has been found that by to move egg release forward to cycle day 13 – 14 seems to be helpful. Has anyone ever been told about this?

I have read that a late O can cause a "poor quality" egg, with a worse chance of a successful fertilization, implantation, and pregnancy, but I don't know what the actual research and statistics are saying.
