Hi jayney
i dont know if i can be of too much help, but i dont think you can reduce estrogen with diet but i know you can help regulate your hormone levels, there are some good herbs as well but i would see a professional as alot cannot be used in pregnancy. estrogen balancing foods are legumes, soy products (beware Genetic modification though) and a great thing you can add to your cereal is LSA mix (linseed, sunflower and almond). I have no idea what my estrogen was while i was preg. but i know most of the time my estrogen was very high due to PCOS, because the corpus leuteum and cysts produce estrogens and i guess if there is cysts that could cause problems. i had the eptopic preg and when they went in to remove it there was a large cyst on the right tube which they removed at the same time, so i dont know if that was part of the problem. i guess at the end of the day its getting everything within a reasonable balance. Sorry i really havent been much help hopefully someone on here will know a lot more than me. big hugs scooby
