I am sorry for your loss. I recently had my third loss and have done a lot of research on what can help with TTC and carrying to term at "advance maternal age". I have a few suggestions:
1. Try CoEnzyme Q10 with your daily vitamin regime. It is supposed to help with mitochondria (forgive my spelling), but the energy in the cells of your eggs. Apparently this slows down as we age. At any rate, it is said to be very good for your heart. Worth speaking to your naturopath about.
2. For Cervical mucus (which lasts longer in our younger years, but sticks around for less time each month in our um, mature, um years, drink 2-4 cups of green or white tea a day. I also conceived very quickly in my last two pregnancies with a supposedly sperm-friendly product called "PreSeed", which I purchased on the internet. Unfortunately I did miscarry both times, so I am not sure whether it was of any help. But it has helped many other women conceive and carry to term.
3. If your cycles are getting shorter, take extra Vitamin B6. It can help lengthen our luteal phase (part of cycle after ovulation) and therefore aid implantation. Again, your naturopath can help with the dosage.
