Connie,

I used a naturopath after my drs kept telling me that my only hope was IVF, but on cycle 4 with the NP I got pregnant. I really do attribute my last and only successful pg to her. I hope you have some luck with your naturopath.

Someone mentioned green tea in one of the posts, while it has a myriad of health benefits, you should steer clear of it, particularly in the second half of your cycle.

Think lots of positive thoughts, keep your body and mind healthy, and your little one will come to you.

LISA - I am the one who recommended Green/white tea. I understand it has almost negligable caffeine and have been using organic ones (as it is usually grown in China and my Chinese GP warned me about the high levels of pesticides used over there). I only used it to TTC in my last PG (MC no.3) , and went straight off it after the BFP. I am not that knowledgable, just read somewhere on the Net it is good for CM and has lots of nice antioxidents. Can you please explain why I should steer clear of it, particularly in the luteal phase? Please share - really interested in what you know
