Evening all, hope everyone is feeling ok today.
Maddison, hope you are feeling ok, i am feeling ok today very tired and still a little sore after the op but im getting there and waiting desperately for af to arrive so we can start TTC.
Sunbeam i hope this is your month, catch that egg
ashlilly looking forward to getting to know you.
Sunny i think trying not to think about TTC is a good idea as hard as it seems to be, and also it does seem very unfair about those other people who are pg and by the sounds of things dont deserve it more than you. You will get your BFP very soon hopefully
erybery congratulations on your BFP and its good to hear you are having a happy, healthy pregnancy and its definately brought some hope
Coco im not too sure what all those numbers mean i think i have lots to learn about that but hopefuuly it is good news and its your month
Sammy good luck with getting AF and catching that egg soon
Ferals im glad you had a lovely day out with your man he sounds very caring, the chocolate place sounds like somewhere id love to go, yum yum

AFM still no changes, just waiting for af to arrive still, not too sure how long it will take after the D&C ( if anyone has any info or experiences on that could you plz let me know )
I am feeling a little better today though not quite as emotional and pains are almost gone, still very tired though which im so sick of, but anyway ill get there.

Have a good night all, chat tomorow

    Hello ladies!!

    Congrats KM1 !!!!

    hello again cherished!!

Elsielouise - sorry you had to have a D&C, but I'm glad that it wasn't too bad for you.

Coco - my fingers are crossed for you!!! and your cats sound like they will enjoy their holiday too!! I haven't got BFP's until the day AF due, even on the very early tests.

Hi Ferrals, sounds like you have a plan, so that's a good thing, here's hoping it's not long till you reach your goal!!

    welcome Zstar!!

Hello Maddison, Sunny, TinaR, Maddsion, Sunbeam, Anila, Sammy, and anyone else I missed.

AFM - still in the 2WW for my 2WW (just sitting around waiting for my green days, now just a few days away), so much waiting in TTC. I have a dr appointment in 2 weeks, so hopefully Murphey's law means I'll already be UTD for the appt (well, I'll be a few days - a week post ov anyway).
A friend of mine (in her early 40s, just a few years older than me) has announced she will be a grandmother - an here's me still not even a mother yet. I'm just worried that it's not going to happen, and it's highly unlikely that if it does that it will happen a second time. Sorry for being a misery guts, but try as I might, I just can't shake the "sorry for myself" blues.

Milly- us late 30's gals can't give up hope. People older than us have babies all the time, we'll get there. Looks like you and I will be in TWW together again, think I will o on saturday Poor donor dad has to be here at 6.15am tomorrow as I have to be in Brisbane at 8.30 for a training day!!

elise-my first af after my d&c was day 48 but I know others have got back on track quicker than that. Glad you are feeling better and pain has gone. I was really dizzy for a week after mine due to the anasthetic.

erybery- if you are still here can you tell me what day clomid made you o on? I'm wondering if I should take it even if I am o'ing to make me o earlier so my eggs are fresher (assuming I don't get BFP this cycle).

The late o pregnancies I mentioned before were not on ff but at ovusoft.com and one lady on there managed pg with an o on cd75!!! there's hope for me yet

    Hi Girls,

I'm finally back, and OMG so much to catch up on.

Firstly, CONGRATULATIONS KM1 - FANTASTIC NEWS!!! It's great to get some more good news on here. Hope you've been able to start relaxing with it a little. Wishing you the bestest 9 months ahead.

Sunbeam - good on you for walking everyday. sounds very serene. Good luck for the morning - hope that eggy sucks up those fishies! hee hee

Erybery - wishing you a H&H last trimester. great to hear your success story.

coco - any more testing? Hope you post a bfp soon. Fingers, toes, arms and legs crossed for you

sammy - can I say good luck with getting AF? not something we normally wish eachother huh? but it is that next step toward ttc so ......good luck with af!

Ferrals - sounds like a great day out. i reckon chocolate always makes me feel better - can never get enough! sounds like a trip to sydney would be worth it just for that liquid chocolate! i can taste it.....mmmmmmm

Milly - you're allowed to have those 'sorry for myself' blues - da na na na na (you know the usual blues chant?!? lol) for some reason, after i have one of those days and a big fat cry i feel really good - combine that with the liquid chocolate ferrals mentioned, and I'm floating!

    Maddison - good luck sweet

Anila, Elise, Tina, Delly and anyone esle I've missed a big hello.

ZStar - welcome to a great bunch of girls. i'm sure you'll find the support you need in here.

AFM - ok, here goes. you might have to concentrate when you read this cause i have to really concentrate to type this: So as you know had the positive opk on sunday, which for me normally means the I will o in two days. We dtd twice on the sunday and then again on tuesday (dh was just so exhausted on monday night i just couldn't do it to him as much i think we should've. he works really long hours and is under a lot of stress at work atm)..anyways...i never really got the huge temp surge that i normally get after a positive opk. in fact looking back over my temps, and looking only at that, i o'd on saturday!?! also on sunday and monday my cm went rather watery and way tmi..but rather stinky..which i never get and was enough to prompt me to the dr for a swab checking for infection which turned out to be negative. temp is still rising so i can't really make sense of what the hell is going on. tues, wed cm was kind of back to ewcm and today is seeming similar. what the hell is going on?!?!?!??!!?

simple summary and question. what would you make of a positive opk after ovulation? (had been testing daily and all leading up to that were negative, even during the big temp dip and rise that suggests saturday was o day)

as the confusion is on a high, we dtd friday, saturday, sunday (x2), tuesday and wednesday, so i hope that was enough. although deep down i think that the monday we missed might have to had been the one.

can anyone make any sense of my ramblings?? any type of understanding/interpretation would me muchas appreciated.

can you tell i missed you all?

    Jules

    Hello Jules!!

    I do understand your ramblings
a positive OPK after ov can be a positive HPT - they can be used as a pg test, so I say go and get a test and let us know!! you could be our lucky 3rd!

    Hi Milly

Dare i admit that i did do a hpt (and i'm not even sure why??) which of course came back negative. even if i did o on saturday i'd only be 5dpo which would be way early for anything to show up. and if according to the positicve opk i o'd on mon/tues i'd only be 2-3dpo?????

    i'm so confused!

    AAARRRRGGGGHHHHH!!!!!!!

Sunbeam - I took the clomid tablets day 3-7 and ovulated on day 14, I knew exactly when it was happening as I was in agony with the pain (guess my ovaries aren't used to dropping eggs!) hope this helps!

    its a me me me...

    Hi all.

Jules fingers crossed for you sweet!

I think I am out. im going to go with my gut.

My temps are snaking down slowly I got a negative with a HPT that measures 10 hcg, not 25 like the other ones, so im sure it would show by now even faintly. Theres no hint of a second line, and have never gotten evap lines either..

Also my chin is breaking out I guess Ill be having the endoscopy after all which I know I said would be good, but just wish I hadnt had to go to that length.

I seriously think its an implanting problem..Can you all look at my charts? Im getting the implantation dip and everything is great then it goes downhill.

Im expecting spotting today and I have had a couple of pangs in the pelvic region so I feel 99% Im out..

Im also taking mum out for her 50th and Id rather not see her at all (very very strained relationship, but i wouldnt hear the end of it if we didnt give her a darn parade today) My sister and I both dont want to see her.

    Oh Coco1411

Hang in there, the endoscopy will help, if anything it will ease your mind to know that the problem (if any problem) has been fixed and your ready to go. Focus on what this lil op means in the long run, not the fact that you have to have it done in the first place. It sucks, yes, ideally you shouldn't have too but you're doing it and good things will come. Just you wait and see.

Love you, chin up, hope to see you soon.

    hello

coco1411 - hang in there. we need to stay positive. fingers and toes crossed for you! i hope you survived the encounter with your mum too - you can't choose your family!

milly5 - i am coming up to 34 and dh is 39 and i feel the 'thirty's pressure'. i m/c 5 days after you and i'm coming to the end of my fertile period and then will be entering the TWW. oh joy. i had a function last week and met a mother there who had her first at 38 and is 40 and as she put it has 'legs in the air and going for it'. I walked away with hope. i agree with jules, after i have the big 'this is crap' and have a big cry i eat choc and feel a million bucks and off i go again. seems to get me through to the next 'legs in the air' period. i too worry that i will have enough time to fit 2 kids in. 1 would be nice!

sunbeam - go the gals in the thirtys! I enter my tww tomorrow. i have looked into clearblue opk today and will be investing in one if i don't have a win this month

maddison - everything still crossed for you

sammyp - i hope time passes very quickly for you and you are TTC soon

    ashlilly - hi and welcome

anila - hope all is good with you

elislouise85 - bought thermometer today (really hoping I just wasted $15 and I am pg) but will have it ready to go for next month if needed - feel better that i am doing somthing constructive!

juleswa - i haven't done any opk so no help but sending postive thoughts your way!

big hi and sticky vibes and good moods to everyone out there.

    be at ease....

    Thanks everyone..
Ashlily, hope you're enjoying your belly belly experience! Have you found your forums you want to chat in yet? You will be able to make private posts and not have to use the security code thing after so many posts, cant remember how many..

My mother ALWAYS leaves me in a foul mood...I hate it!!! She always makes a little insult at my sister about something...today it was she was dumb and "whats with the silver shoes?" Sam said "oh thanks for my birthday treat, yeah great" it was a little awkward..

Does anyone feel uncomfortable tlaking finances with their other half?? When ever mine brings it up I feel like a naughty little kid...I dont know what it is!! And i get defensive about what i have spent money on. like I have to have a bloody good reason for it...ugh I dont like it, it isnt the money causing tension between us its my reaction to it. I dont know how to fix it..

I havent started spotting yet but im not holding out much hope. I thought id get a positive on a 10mlhcg by now but nope..so feeling a little pesimistic. I havent had any cramps like i normally have and that is the only little shred of hope i have..

Hi everyone. Hope you are all feeling well and enjoying the weekend.

Coco - Did you test this morning? I know just what you mean about your mum. Mine knows how to push my buttons and send me into the worst moods ever.

Sunbeam - I hope you and donor daddy are catching that egg.

    to everyone.

AFM I am having the strangest sensations at the moment. A weird pain in my left bum cheek and down my left thigh. Like some on punched me in the bottom. Is that odd?? And my 'girl bits' feel very sensitive. Not sure if its a good sign or not.

Sorry this is only a short one...

    to everyone out there today.

well i had an ultrasound yesterday as part of my gp's investigation into that wierd spotting i was getting for a week and lucky lucky me they found a 'large endometrial polyp'.

i can't write too much cause i feel pretty upset about the whole thing. so even if i am lucky enough to get pregnant this month it will be chalked up as miscarriage #3 cause the chances of implantation with the polyp seem pretty remote.

i feel very very down and just want to curl up and cry.

    Hi everyone.

My FF account is now on hold.

RB turned up this morning just as I was testing. im concerned about my luteal phase being so short! 12dpo today!

Now I guess I wont bother with charting until after the operation which is on the 16th.

Im not sure how to count it once Ive had it? Do I count cycle day one as being the day of the procedure seeing as they're doing a d&c? Im really not looking forward to waking up after it..I had a termination when I was a teenager and the sound of it and the feelings I had have been haunting me ever since

Hope everyone is well. I might just lurk for a little while..but who am I kidding Ill prolly end up posting

    Love Eliza/Coco

Juleswa - I am sorry the results of your ultrasound were not good and you are feeling down. The only positive i have for you is that at least you know and are able to do something positive about it. You are still in control even if it doesnt feel like it at the moment.

Coco - Sorry a/f came early. Please keep us filled in on your journey. Is your l/p always around 12 days or usually longer?

It really shouldnt be this hard. But i need to believe that we will all get our beautiful families one day. For some the journey will be long and hard and for some it will be a challenge but i really do believe we will all get there. Together with loving partners / husbands and families and the support of this wonderful support group... we will get there.

Your username gives me hope that we will have our own Madison one day so I love seeing it.

My luteal phase is normally 13-14 days, but never 11! I have some rather unusual pains much like my miscarriage pains, that really sharp strong all of a sudden wave of pain, its awful, but i very light flow. And its hurting when i wee. All I can do now is just hope the endoscopy helps the cause and we're lucky after it.

    xx
